Understanding the fabric of diversity

In an increasing world of diversity, understanding cultural norms, religious beliefs and how to address minority groups is fast becoming a necessity in business, yet rarely do we get the opportunity to address those awkward questions that we all have in our minds. Our cultural etiquette course is designed to take a step by step approach to holidays, greetings, business practice and cultural norms accross a diverse cross section of the population enabling you to better serve the community.

All students will gain access to the Oatmeal Resource Centre, a feature rich platform that will act as a reference point throughout their working careers.
