I hope not. When we started the company our aim was allways to take a consultative approach to training and not churn out courses that sometimes hit the mark. Our AIMS methodology means that we assess every clients needs on its own merits, and often take the client in a different direction than they had anticipated resulting in exceeding our quality target of 80% satisfaction post delivery. In simple terms, we treat people as individuals, every client and delegate unique.
