This programme has been specifically developed for trainers, by trainers. The aim of the programme is to enable trainers to relax, take some time out of their busy schedules and examine innovative ways through fresh methodology to revamp existing programmes. The course covers:

- Audience centricism, taking a motivational approach to culture, roles,and needs of your customers
- 3 skills to set a first impression and reverse negativity
- Creative mindsets, negating the risk of innovation
- How do we celebrate success? evaluation of training outcome – double loop learning
The day runs from 9.30am – 4.30pm and consists of a mixture of role play, active analysis of current programmes with an overall goal of being able to take the learning back into the workplace and look at ways of improving existing programmes.
