How many modules do I have to choose?
You can choose any amount of modules that suit you best from 1 to 36. Typically most of our clients start with 2 or 3 before committing to a larger management development programme.
How much time do the modules take?
Typically modules are one day in duration, with a few like sales taking 2 days. Delivery is done based on the clients needs which range from an hour a week through to 12hr residential programmes. You tell us what suits you best.
What level are the modules pitched at?
Our leadership and management development programme is aimed at new managers through to leaders at an executive level. During the consultation phase we will discuss the aims of the course and appropriate level for the audience.
