Management development programme

New for Autumn 2007, our management development programme is aimed for inspirational and aspirational managers.

This programme has been put together following a high demand for a cohesive course that covers all the 'must haves' of modern day managers, but also includes some new and innovative modules from the USA to include 'Leadership and Innovation' which addresses the needs of thinking creatively and managing the process of innovation.

This programme has 13 one day, core modules, which can be delivered over 12 months, 6 months or over a time frame of your choice.
