Oatmeal guest speakers launched

Fed up of attending Welsh business events that kept bringing in poor quality non Welsh business speakers, John Davies and his colleagues started to discuss why there were so few Welsh speakers on the circuit, and why they had to constantly endure having English speakers attend Welsh business events when we were surrounded by entrepreneurial Welsh business people that had a great story to tell. "It seemed obvious to us that a Welsh audience wanted to hear a motivational speaker from Wales that talked of their successes. We personally knew a dozen business people who fitted the bill who could also speak Welsh, so combined with our ability to mentor and coach business people in the art of public speaking it was a perfect opportunity to turn the tide and start promoting Welsh speakers and the story of success that runs through our proud nation" quoted John Davies, MD of Oatmeal.

Oatmeal speakers differs from traditional agencies in that it hand selects speakers and puts them through an intensive presentation boot camp before any engagement. When a booking is received, a brief is taken and discussed with the event organiser in order to select, coach and undertake rehearsals with the Oatmeal guest speaker to mitigate any perceived risks of the event, and audience expectations.
