In-house training
We come into your orgainsation fully equiped to run Training Courses like Presentation Skills (including screens videos and projectors) specific to your organisation's needs. As part of this service, we will come in and discuss the outcome you'd like to achieve, staff roles, types of scenarios you'd like to cater for and the sort of audiences you are likely to encounter. We will then develop a bespoke course for you, which can be integrated into your existing organisational development programme which we would be happy to discuss with you.
One to one coaching
Many of our clients prefer an intensive one to one training session, especially for Presentation Skill training geared around a specific event or topic e.g. shareholder meeting, addressing the media etc. In this situation you will be assigned to a senior coach who will develop a plan of action around your timescales.
Feedback and support
Skills develop over a lifetime, so we continue to support all of our clients by email and telephone throughout their careers as part of our commitment to continued development.
Our training style
Unlike many training organisations, our trainers have come from industry and fully understand the complexities and anxiety of managing and speaking in public. All of our Trainers take a down to earth approach to teaching, allowing you to develop your own skills without being forced down a formulaic, prescriptive route. Our Training Courses are based on leading edge academic research coupled with practical guidance from the floor. Each participant is expected to experiment and demonstrate their new found skills whilst receiving constructive feedback from both the trainer and fellow delegates. Optionally, Presentation Skill courses can be videotaped and edited, allowing delegates to receive full and detailed feedback post training.
