Stress at home and in the workplace is on the increase and is becoming a real problem, manifesting itself in extended absences and a dissatisfied workforce, our research shows that typical strategies that people engage in to deal with stress such as trying not to think about it, distracting themselves and avoiding work are in fact dysfunctional rather than useful approaches to coping with stress. An alternative to these strategies involves mindfulness of the present moment and a learnt acceptance of ones feelings. Workshops in both the UK and internationally have demonstrated positive outcomes when applying these alternative strategies.

Managing Personal Stress
Our Stress management training enables delegates to understand the triggers of stress and effective tools and techniques to reduce your stress levels, frustration and worry.
This half day seminar covers managing yourself, your emotions and the challenges that are presented to you in everyday life.
