Negotiation Training Course
A one day workshop that introduces delegates to the fundamental basics of Negotiation. By using a simple process, delegates will understand how to ensure they reach a win-win situation in any negotiation.
The module explores the use of BATNA as well as applying a range of other skills to successfully apply the process. Added to this, the module looks at how the same skills can be used to mediate conflict in others and facilitate them to a successful win-win outcome.
A highly interactive session with a number of challenging yet thought provoking exercises and skills practice sessions. A must for any leader, manager sales person, complaints handler or role that involves negotiation.
The aim of the session is: ‘To introduce delegates to the basics of negotiation and conflict management.
Objectives: By the end of the session you will:
- Demonstrate an increased understanding and awareness what negotiation is
- Identify through group and individual activities the skills knowledge and understanding necessary to be an effective negotiator whilst developing your own negotiating skills
- Develop general strategies for Successful Negotiation
- Produce win-win resolutions for all parties
- Identify your own negotiation style and it's potential strengths and weaknesses
This session can be attended in conjunction with any Leadership Programme, influencing skills or Assertiveness Skills Programme which will compliment the skills and knowledge learnt from this session.
