AN INTENSIVE PROGRAMME FOR LEADERS IN TRANSITION

This intensive three month programme provides you with a confidential space where your coach will challenge you to explore new ways of thinking and facilitate clarity of thought around what you need to achieve in the first 3 months of your new role.

TELEPHONE COACHING

Telephone coaching can be an efficient use of your time and provide a focussed and cost effective alternative to face to face meetings. Some of your best thinking can be done over the phone in a quiet space, away from day to day distractions.

We offer one to one coaching for you and your team, tailored around our Modular Leadership Management training programmes. Whether you choose an overarching coaching programme or a series of coaching sessions following on from your training, it will provide you with space to think about your learning and to experiment with fresh ideas. Working in partnership with a fully trained and experienced corporate leadership coach in a supportive and confidential environment, you will be facilitated to identify your specific goals and to explore ways to help you and your team work at your full potential. We will enable you to tap into your inner resources, empowering you to reach successful outcomes, clarity of purpose and personal fulfilment.

What happens in a coaching session?

An introductory meeting takes place either in person or on the phone to discuss the coaching requirement and your objectives for the programme. Confidentiality is made explicit and the coach will discuss with you what you might expect from a coaching programme.

Once the coaching programme is underway we will be working entirely to your agenda. With your coach you will explore your ideas and visions, ways of getting there and perceived restrictions. You will be facilitated and challenged to gain a deeper understanding of what it is that drives your and your team’s thinking and behaviours, enabling you to achieve a greater part of your potential. You will benefit from more fulfilment in your role and a sense that you are contributing positively to your organisation.

Your coach will ensure that you stay focussed on your specific objectives whilst creating a space for you to think.

About your coach

Nicky has worked as a leader and manager at the BBC during her 23 year career in television production management, most recently as Production Executive for the Natural History Unit in Bristol. Leading teams of up to 60 staff to provide logistical and financial support to natural history film makers around the world, she also held responsibility for managing a multi million pound budget. Having worked in a rapidly changing organisation, Nicky brings specialist knowledge of managing change and leading teams within a complex corporate environment to her coaching.

Trained as a corporate leadership coach on the EMCC accredited BBC Coach Foundation Course, and working for the award winning BBC Coaching Service, Nicky has worked with a wide variety of clients including engineers, HR consultants, accountants, journalists and private business clients. Her style has been described as relaxed, confident, friendly, considerate and empathetic.

Nicky is an associate member of the Association for Coaching and adheres to their code of ethics and good practice.
