Oatmeal has a breadth of experience in delivering Management training for aspirational and inspirational managers. Courses can be run from 1-8 hrs, alone or as part of a management development programme. Course sizes vary from 1-1 coaching through to several hundred, you advise us on what suits you best.

Personal and People Development
Presentation skills - Introduction
Full day introductory programme for those who have little or no experience of public speaking. We look at motivational needs of the audience, structure and what exactly makes a memorable presentation.
Presentation skills - Advanced
Aimed at those who have a basic understanding of public speaking, this advanced course looks at how to deal with difficult audiences on topics like writing an effective speech, raising finance, shareholders meetings and how to deal with the media.
Negotiation skills training
Learn the six key elements for effective negotiation, questionning strategies, defensive positioning and how to deal with conflict.
Developing people
Full day hands on workshop which lays the foundation if coaching and mentoring, and getting the best from your team.
Confidence and Assertiveness
This full day training course defines and understand the elements of confidence and how we can use this understanding to demonstrate assertive behaviour in our personal and professional life.
Stress management
Full day course to examine the effects of stress in the workplace and home, and effective management strategies to minimise the effect of stress. – This programme is designed for all levels of staff and is highly practical to deliver high levels of performance using clear fundamental models.
Time management
Full day programme to learn how to effectively prioritise, delegate and assert yourself to manage your time effectively.
Full day workshop to look at coping models to help you manage change at work and in your personal life.
Customer Relationship Development
Customer Service
State of the art training programme tailored to your needs. Focused on improving confidence and competence when dealing with customers inside as well as outside of the organisation resulting in real value for your team and customers.
Defusing difficult situations
Through case study and role play, this module shows to be assertive without causing conflict, and how to manage difficult situations before they become aggressive.
Providing exceptional service
We are beginning to take good service as standard, but exceptional service is an area that few organisations have yet to master. This module looks at the psychology of exception, what makes us over deliver and what we can do to better our service provision.
Maximise your customer relationships

This module looks at the lifecycle of an employee, and how through good recruitment, goal setting and regular appraisal, we can create an environment that allows our employees to develop and succeed.
